How It Started

You’ve seen them—kids on the streets, weaving through red traffic lights, selling toys or flowers. You’ve felt that sinking ache, knowing you couldn’t do much in that fleeting moment. And when it’s Diwali, Holi, or Christmas? That ache feels heavier, doesn’t it? But here’s the thing—we don’t feel powerless. Because we plan. We show up. We make sure that, on those festive days, those same kids have a reason to smile—a reason to feel special.
